Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Welcome to Get to the Football (“GTTF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GTTF website, digital resources, physical products, customized products, courses, consultations, and related services.
By visiting our website, requesting a download, purchasing a product, submitting materials, or otherwise using our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website, products, or services.
1. Eligibility and Adult Supervision
Our products may be used by athletes, including youth athletes, but purchases, email subscriptions, customization requests, consultations, and submissions of personal information are intended to be completed by adults.
Anyone under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian complete purchases, forms, email subscriptions, film submissions, and other transactions on their behalf.
By purchasing or submitting information, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement or are acting with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. GTTF Products and Services
GTTF may offer products and services including:
- Free Film Study Launch Packs
- Position Guides
- Self-Scout Guides
- Digital bundles
- Printed film-study workbooks
- Flag football workbooks and resources
- The Process and other year-round development resources
- Rookie or youth-oriented resources
- Courses and instructional content
- Team and program editions
- Customized workbooks and materials
- Coaching consultations
- Film-review services
- Other football education products and services
Products, availability, pricing, formats, and features may change over time.
We may add, revise, replace, or discontinue a product or service at our discretion.
3. Educational Purpose
GTTF products and services are intended for football education, film study, organization, player development, and coaching support.
Our materials do not replace:
- Instruction from a player’s coach
- Team rules or playbooks
- Medical advice
- Athletic training or rehabilitation
- Concussion protocols
- School, league, or governing-body requirements
- Professional legal, financial, or medical advice
Users should follow the directions of their coaches, parents, medical providers, schools, leagues, and athletic organizations.
4. License to Use GTTF Materials
When you obtain a free or paid GTTF digital product, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use that product as permitted by these terms.
You do not obtain ownership of the product’s intellectual property.
Individual License
An individual purchase may be used by the purchaser for their own personal football education and development.
Team or Coaching Use
Unless a product page states otherwise, a coach who legitimately obtains a GTTF resource may use it internally with the coach’s current team or position group for instructional purposes.
Permitted internal team use may include:
- Displaying the resource during a team meeting
- Using the resource to guide instruction
- Printing reasonable copies for players on the purchaser’s current team when the product expressly permits printable team use
- Incorporating the concepts into the team’s film-study routine
Team use does not permit public posting, commercial redistribution, resale, or sharing with unrelated teams, schools, organizations, clinics, customers, or online communities.
Certain products may require a separate team license, bulk order, or written permission. Any license terms stated on the applicable product page or inside the product control when they differ from this general section.
5. Prohibited Uses
Unless GTTF provides prior written permission, you may not:
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute GTTF materials
- Upload digital files to public websites, shared drives, social-media groups, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or artificial-intelligence training repositories
- Share purchased files with unrelated individuals, teams, schools, leagues, or organizations
- Remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or attribution
- Copy substantial portions of a product to create a competing resource
- Repackage GTTF content under another name or brand
- Claim authorship or ownership of GTTF materials
- Convert GTTF materials into another product for sale
- Use GTTF graphics, logos, templates, or written content in commercial products
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, reproduce, or systematically collect website or product content
- Use our products or website for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose
Access to digital products or services may be suspended or revoked when misuse, unauthorized distribution, fraud, or infringement is detected.
Revocation does not require GTTF to refund a purchase made by a user who violated these terms.
6. Free Resources and Email Delivery
Some GTTF resources are offered free of charge in exchange for a valid email address or through another stated access process.
Free resources remain protected by copyright and are subject to the same use restrictions as paid products unless otherwise stated.
Requesting a free resource may add you to the GTTF email list. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Unsubscribing does not cancel a completed purchase, revoke an existing lawful license, or prevent necessary transactional communications.
7. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products may be delivered through Payhip, Etsy, MailerLite, email, our website, or another distribution platform.
You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate email address
- Maintaining access to your email and purchasing account
- Downloading and securely storing purchased files
- Confirming that your device can open the stated file format
- Reviewing the product description before purchasing
Digital products may not function identically on every device, application, printer, or operating system.
Minor differences in screen appearance, printing, margins, scaling, or color do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
8. Digital-Product Refunds
Because digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately, digital-product purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once the file or access link has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
A refund or replacement may be considered when:
- The purchaser was charged more than once for the same transaction
- The purchased file is materially corrupted or inaccessible
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product materially differs from its published description
- Applicable law requires another remedy
Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, contact us so we can attempt to provide a replacement file or correct the issue.
A mistaken purchase, failure to review the product description, change of mind, or purchase of the wrong position or format generally does not qualify for a refund after delivery.
Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
9. Printed Products and Third-Party Fulfillment
Printed GTTF products may be manufactured, sold, shipped, or fulfilled by third-party providers such as Lulu or another publishing or retail platform.
When purchasing through a third-party platform:
- Checkout is completed through that platform
- Taxes and shipping charges are calculated by that platform
- Shipping times and delivery estimates are controlled by that platform
- Payment processing is handled by that platform or its payment provider
- The platform’s return, replacement, cancellation, and customer-service policies may apply
- GTTF does not control carrier delays, customs delays, lost-package procedures, or platform outages
Prices displayed on the GTTF website may represent the product’s base price. The final amount charged may include taxes, shipping, currency conversion, or other charges disclosed by the retailer during checkout.
Customers should review the final order total and third-party policies before completing checkout.
10. Printed-Product Returns and Production Errors
Because many printed products are produced on demand, returns based solely on a change of mind may not be available.
Claims involving printing damage, missing pages, incorrect binding, manufacturing defects, or shipping damage should be reported promptly through the retailer or fulfillment provider identified in the order confirmation.
You may be asked to provide:
- An order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A description of the defect or error
- Other information required by the fulfillment provider
Remedies may include replacement, reprinting, refund, or another resolution determined under the applicable retailer’s policies and relevant law.
GTTF is not responsible for an incorrect shipping address, recipient name, customization detail, or other information entered incorrectly by the customer.
11. Prices, Promotions, and Coupon Codes
Prices may change without advance notice.
A price change does not create a right to:
- A refund of an earlier purchase
- A retroactive discount
- A future product
- A different product version
- Compensation for a later promotion
Discounts and coupon codes:
- May have eligibility requirements
- May apply only to specified products
- May expire
- May be limited to one use
- May not be combined unless expressly stated
- May be modified or discontinued where legally permitted
- Have no cash value
- May not be sold, transferred, or reproduced for unauthorized use
GTTF may cancel orders involving obvious pricing mistakes, fraudulent use, technical errors, or unauthorized coupon distribution. When an order is canceled before fulfillment, the amount paid will be refunded as appropriate.
12. Legacy-Customer and Subscriber Offers
GTTF may provide certain subscribers, customers, teams, or promotional groups with special access, discounts, or complimentary products.
Eligibility may depend on factors such as:
- Subscription date
- Prior purchase
- Participation in a specific promotion
- A designated email address
- A unique coupon code
- Written confirmation from GTTF
Special access is personal to the eligible recipient unless expressly stated otherwise. It may not be sold, publicly posted, transferred, or used to obtain products for unrelated parties.
A promotional benefit does not create an entitlement to all current or future GTTF products.
13. Team Orders and Customized Products
Customized products may include team names, program names, school colors, logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs, roster information, coaching content, or other submitted materials.
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate customization instructions
- Reviewing names, spelling, numbers, colors, logos, and layout requests
- Meeting approval deadlines
- Responding to proof or revision requests
- Obtaining all necessary internal and external permissions
- Confirming that the person placing the order has authority to act for the program
Production timelines may vary based on order size, response time, revisions, printing requirements, and third-party fulfillment schedules.
A projected completion or delivery date is an estimate unless GTTF expressly guarantees a date in writing.
14. Authorization to Use Submitted Logos and Materials
By submitting a school, team, league, organization, sponsor, company, or third-party logo, name, trademark, photograph, artwork, or other material, the submitting person represents and warrants that:
- They are authorized to provide the material to GTTF;
- They have obtained all permissions, approvals, releases, and clearances needed for the requested use;
- They have authority to instruct GTTF to reproduce, resize, recolor, arrange, print, display, or otherwise use the material to fulfill the customization request;
- The requested use does not knowingly infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights; and
- Any school, employer, team, league, organization, athletic department, administrator, or rights holder whose approval is required has provided that approval.
Written authorization may be provided through:
- A customization request form
- An email exchange
- An order form
- A written message
- Another written communication accepted by GTTF
GTTF may reasonably rely on the written representations of the person submitting the materials.
GTTF is not required to independently investigate:
- The person’s employment role
- Their internal purchasing authority
- Their authority to license a logo
- A school system’s trademark policy
- An organization’s approval chain
- Whether additional administrative approval was required
GTTF may request additional evidence of authorization and may refuse, pause, modify, or cancel a project when permission or ownership is disputed or unclear.
15. Limited License for Submitted Materials
The customer retains any rights they hold in materials submitted to GTTF.
By submitting materials, the customer grants GTTF a limited, nonexclusive license to access, store, reproduce, resize, modify, format, print, transmit, and otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary to:
- Evaluate the request
- Prepare proofs
- Make approved revisions
- Produce the requested product
- Fulfill and document the order
- Provide customer support
- Process a reorder
- Resolve a dispute or infringement claim
This license does not give GTTF ownership of the submitted logo or other material.
16. Responsibility for Authorization Claims
The person or organization submitting third-party materials agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- A lack of authority to submit the materials
- Inaccurate representations concerning permission
- A violation of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights
- Failure to obtain required school, team, league, employer, parent, guardian, photographer, or rights-holder approval
To the extent permitted by law, the submitting customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GTTF and its owner, contractors, vendors, and fulfillment partners from third-party claims resulting from the submitted materials or the customer’s instructions.
This obligation does not apply to infringement created solely by GTTF’s unauthorized use of materials beyond the customer’s instructions or the license granted under these terms.
17. No School, Team, or League Endorsement
Creating a customized product that includes a school, team, league, organization, or program name or logo does not mean that the school, school division, team, league, governing body, or organization endorses, sponsors, owns, operates, or is formally affiliated with GTTF.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, GTTF is an independent provider fulfilling a customization request submitted by an individual who represents that they have authority to make that request.
Nothing on the GTTF website should be interpreted as claiming an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless GTTF expressly identifies one.
18. Custom Proofs and Customer Approval
When GTTF provides a proof, mock-up, draft, or sample for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing:
- Spelling
- Names and titles
- Team information
- Numbers
- Logos
- Colors
- Page content
- Placement
- Quantity
- Product specifications
Approval by email, form, message, or another written method authorizes GTTF to proceed based on the approved version.
After approval or the beginning of production:
- Changes may not be possible
- Additional revisions may require additional payment
- Delays caused by new requests may extend the production timeline
- The customer may be responsible for reprinting costs when the approved proof contained the error
GTTF remains responsible for a production error that causes the final product to differ materially from the customer-approved proof.
19. Custom-Product Cancellations and Refunds
Custom orders may require advance payment, a deposit, or full payment before design or production begins.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Work already completed is nonrefundable
- Design fees and customization fees are nonrefundable after work begins
- Deposits may become nonrefundable once design work, ordering, or production begins
- Approved custom products cannot be returned because of a change of mind
- Customer-approved spelling, content, color, or layout choices are not production errors
- A cancellation requested after printing begins may not be accepted
When GTTF makes a material error that differs from the approved proof, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate correction, replacement, reprint, or refund.
20. Private and Program-Specific Products
GTTF may create private product pages, password-protected pages, direct purchase links, or program-specific ordering links.
Such links are intended for the designated customer, team, school, or program.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, users may not:
- Publicly distribute a private link
- Represent the link as an open public offer
- Use it to order products for an unrelated organization
- Copy or extract private product materials
- Alter or bypass access restrictions
GTTF may disable or replace private links when necessary.
21. Use of Custom Work in Marketing
GTTF will not intentionally represent a customized school or team product as an official endorsement without permission.
GTTF may request permission to display a finished custom product in a portfolio, website, advertisement, social-media post, or sample.
Unless the customer separately grants permission, GTTF will not publicly use a submitted school or team logo merely because it was provided for order fulfillment.
Operational photographs, screenshots, drafts, or records may still be retained privately as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, accounting, authorization records, or dispute resolution.
22. Film Review, Coaching, and Consultation Services
GTTF may offer film review, football education, coaching support, or consultation services.
By submitting film, diagrams, notes, playbooks, photographs, or other materials, you represent that:
- You have authority to share the materials
- You have obtained any required school, team, league, parent, player, photographer, or rights-holder permission
- Your submission does not violate confidentiality obligations or another party’s rights
- GTTF may access and use the materials to provide the requested service
Feedback is educational, analytical, and opinion-based.
GTTF does not guarantee:
- Increased playing time
- Selection for a team
- A scholarship or recruiting opportunity
- A coaching position
- Improved statistics
- Specific performance results
- Victory in a game or season
- Prevention of injury
- Acceptance by a school, coach, or athletic program
Football decisions should account for the player’s coaches, scheme, assignments, physical development, health, and team rules.
23. Submitted Film and Confidential Materials
GTTF does not obtain ownership of film or other materials submitted for review.
The submitter grants GTTF a limited license to access, view, store, copy, annotate, and use the materials as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
Unless separately authorized, GTTF will not intentionally publish submitted nonpublic film or confidential coaching materials.
However, materials may be processed or stored through email, cloud-storage, video-hosting, file-transfer, communication, or other service providers. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, medical records, academic records, passwords, social-security numbers, financial-account information, or material unrelated to the requested service.
24. Intellectual Property
The GTTF website and original GTTF content are owned by or licensed to Get to the Football and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include:
- The Get to the Football and GTTF names and branding
- GTTF logos and graphic elements
- Film Study Launch Packs
- Position Guides
- Self-Scout Guides
- Workbooks
- The Process
- Course content
- Written frameworks and instructional sequences
- Worksheets and structured note pages
- Product layouts
- Website copy
- Original graphics, advertisements, and designs
- Videos, presentations, and instructional materials
References to football concepts, formations, techniques, positions, terminology, or generally known coaching principles do not mean that GTTF claims ownership of ideas that are in the public domain or owned by others.
Nothing in these terms transfers GTTF intellectual-property ownership to the user.
25. User Feedback and Suggestions
You may voluntarily provide feedback, ideas, corrections, testimonials, or product suggestions.
Providing feedback grants GTTF permission to use the substance of that feedback to improve its products and services without compensation or an ownership obligation.
GTTF will not publicly use your name, image, school, team, logo, or identifiable testimonial for advertising without appropriate permission.
26. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, reviews, examples, and customer experiences reflect individual opinions or outcomes.
They do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.
Any performance, improvement, revenue, recruiting, playing-time, or development claim should be understood in the context provided. Football development depends on numerous factors outside GTTF’s control.
27. Payments and Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by Payhip, Etsy, Lulu, Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party providers.
GTTF generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay all charges shown before checkout is completed
- Avoid unauthorized payment methods
- Resolve payment disputes honestly
- Contact GTTF or the applicable seller platform before filing a chargeback when reasonable
Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse of payment systems may result in suspension of access, cancellation of orders, collection activity, or other lawful action.
28. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The GTTF website may link to third-party services, including:
- Payhip
- Etsy
- Lulu
- MailerLite
- Payment processors
- Video platforms
- Social-media platforms
- Shipping providers
- Other retailers and technology vendors
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, fulfillment rules, and refund procedures.
GTTF is not responsible for:
- A third-party platform’s availability
- Changes to its policies
- Account restrictions imposed by that platform
- Third-party data practices
- Carrier delays
- Marketplace errors
- External website content
A link to another service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
29. Accounts, Access, and Security
When a product or service requires an account, password, private link, or access code, you are responsible for:
- Keeping access information confidential
- Preventing unauthorized use
- Providing accurate account information
- Notifying GTTF or the platform of suspected misuse
You may not share access credentials in a way that exceeds your purchased license.
GTTF may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, security threats, or violations of these terms.
30. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website or services for an unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, files, accounts, or restricted areas
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or disruptive technology
- Interfere with website operation or security
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Submit false payment, authorization, or identity information
- Misrepresent an affiliation with GTTF
- Harass, threaten, or abuse GTTF personnel, contractors, customers, or users
- Use GTTF materials to facilitate academic dishonesty, fraud, infringement, or unlawful conduct
31. Product and Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to:
- The GTTF website
- Download links
- Courses
- Private pages
- Third-party storefronts
- Email delivery
- Digital platforms
Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, service-provider outages, cybersecurity events, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control.
We may change the method used to deliver a product, provided that customers retain substantially equivalent access when reasonably possible.
32. No Performance Guarantees
GTTF resources are designed to help users develop more structured film-study habits and improve their understanding of football.
Results vary based on factors including:
- Effort and consistency
- Coaching
- Scheme
- Experience
- Physical ability
- Health
- Team role
- Competition level
- Available film
- Application of the material
GTTF does not guarantee athletic improvement, playing time, recruiting exposure, scholarships, employment, wins, statistics, or any other specific outcome.
Marketing statements such as “study smarter,” “play faster,” “raise your IQ,” or similar language describe the intended educational purpose of the system and are not guarantees of individual results.
33. Assumption of Risk
Football and athletic activity involve inherent risks, including physical injury.
GTTF products primarily concern education and film study, but users may apply information in practices, games, workouts, meetings, or other athletic settings.
You are responsible for:
- Exercising reasonable judgment
- Following coaching and medical instructions
- Using appropriate equipment
- Complying with team, school, league, and safety rules
- Stopping activity and seeking qualified assistance when appropriate
Nothing in GTTF materials should be interpreted as directing a user to ignore safety rules, medical advice, concussion protocols, or a coach’s instructions.
34. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GTTF does not make warranties that:
- A product will meet every user’s needs
- Access will always be uninterrupted or error-free
- Every file will work with every device or application
- Educational content will produce a specific result
- Third-party services will remain available
- All website information will always be current or free of minor errors
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
35. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTTF and its owner, contractors, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services.
This may include loss of opportunity, playing time, data, revenue, reputation, recruiting exposure, or anticipated benefit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTTF’s total liability concerning a claim will not exceed the amount the customer paid directly for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any responsibility that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
36. Indemnification for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTTF and its owner, contractors, vendors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from:
- Your unlawful use of our products or services
- Your violation of these terms
- Your unauthorized distribution of GTTF materials
- Materials you submit without appropriate rights or permission
- Your infringement of another party’s rights
- False information or authorization representations you provide
This section does not require you to indemnify GTTF for conduct caused solely by GTTF’s own unlawful actions.
37. Suspension and Termination
GTTF may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when a user:
- Violates these terms
- Shares or resells protected materials
- Uses fraudulent payment information
- Makes false authorization claims
- Threatens website or account security
- Engages in unlawful or abusive conduct
- Creates material risk for GTTF or another person
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or intellectual-property restrictions that arose before termination.
Sections concerning ownership, licenses, payment, authorization, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that logically continue will survive termination.
38. Copyright or Trademark Concerns
A rights holder who believes that content used by GTTF infringes their copyright, trademark, or other rights should contact:
coachtill@gettothefootball.com
The notice should include:
- The rights holder’s name and contact information
- Identification of the protected work or mark
- Identification of the allegedly unauthorized material
- The location of the material
- An explanation of the claimed rights
- Any supporting documentation
- A statement that the information provided is accurate
GTTF may remove, pause, or investigate disputed material while reviewing the claim.
39. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
40. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact GTTF and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
Send a written description of the issue, relevant order information, and the requested resolution to:
coachtill@gettothefootball.com
This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, safety, or legal rights.
41. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our products, technology, vendors, business practices, or legal obligations change.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless another application is permitted or required by law.
Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. A material change will not retroactively alter the essential terms of an already completed purchase unless legally permitted.
42. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
43. No Waiver
Failure by GTTF to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing by GTTF.
44. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, applicable product descriptions, customization forms, written quotes, invoices, and any written custom-order agreement constitute the agreement between the customer and GTTF concerning the applicable transaction.
When a signed or expressly accepted custom-order agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific custom-order agreement controls for that order.
45. Contact Information
