David “Coach Till” Tillery

I’m Coach Till—a high school educator, football coach, and creator of The GTTF Film Study System, designed to help players study the game with structure, discipline, and purpose.

As Defensive Coordinator at one of the largest high school programs in Virginia, our defenses have contributed to a 50–15 record and multiple district and region titles in our first five seasons (2021–2025). The foundation has always been the same: disciplined preparation, consistent habits, and teaching players how to think—not just play.

I built this because too many players work hard but are never taught how to truly see the game.

That mindset became Get To The Football (GTTF)—a brand built to help players recognize structure, identify tendencies, and prepare with purpose.

This is for the grinders—players learning how to prepare, coaches building better systems, and families trying to understand what actually leads to performance. The goal is simple: build habits that show up on film, on the field, and over time.

For me, it’s even bigger than football. I’m building something my son can grow up around—a standard for how to work, how to prepare, and how to carry yourself on and off the field.
